We source fresh fish from local fishermen and turn it into dishes that blend traditional Dobrogean cuisine with recipes suitable for the whole family. After a day on the water, the fisherman's dinner at Holbina is a ritual in itself.

Accommodation and fishing packages include full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner, with fresh dishes served in the resort's restaurant. If you stay out fishing all day, we prepare a packed lunch, directly on the boat.
