Return policy for tourist services provided by Holbina Trei Bibani.
Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 193/2000, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion, without penalties and without stating any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU transposed into OUG 193/2000, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist service contracts when the services are fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and with the express consent of the customer. By booking a stay at Holbina Trei Bibani, the customer expressly agrees to the provision of services on the booked dates.
Booking cancellation
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before arrival will incur a 50% retention of the advance paid. Cancellations within the last 3 days or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refund procedure
Refundable amounts will be transferred to the account indicated by the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the cancellation request. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
