Family Activities in the Danube Delta
If you feel the need to take a break from fighting the monsters of the deep, or you simply want to spend more time with your loved ones, we have prepared plenty of leisure activities: boat trips, kayaking, birdwatching, nature photography or relaxing by the pool. The Danube Delta is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve waiting to be explored.
Boat trips and kayaking
Explore the hidden channels of the Delta by boat or kayak — the resort has 25 kayaks at your disposal — accompanied by guides who know every corner of this unique ecosystem. Calm water, water lilies and birds make every outing a small expedition.

Birdwatching and nature photography
The Danube Delta is home to hundreds of bird species — including the emblematic pelicans — plus a rich aquatic fauna. Bring your camera and capture sunrises on the water, flocks of birds and landscapes you will not find anywhere else.
How an exploration day unfolds
Meeting and boarding take place in Dunavatul de Jos at 8:00, and the boat transfer takes about 45 minutes. The days of fishing and relaxation then continue at your own pace: tours, kayaking, the pool or simply quiet time on the terrace.

Relaxing at the resort after exploring
After a day of exploration, the outdoor pools, the jacuzzi, the fresh fish restaurant and the shaded terrace await you. Children have their own pool and play areas, so the activities suit all ages.
