The philosophy behind the menu starts from the same care for the Delta that we apply to fishing: we promote catch and release on our private lakes, and in the kitchen we support that same ecosystem balance by sourcing fish from local fishermen, not industrial suppliers. The daily menu follows traditional Dobrogean recipes, designed to suit the whole family -- not just anglers hungry after a day on the water. After a fishing session, dinner at Holbina becomes a ritual in itself: fresh fish dishes alongside classic Romanian cuisine, served in a setting that perfectly rounds off a day spent in the Delta's wild nature.
Accommodation and fishing packages include full board -- breakfast, lunch and dinner -- and if you stay out on the water all day, we prepare a packed lunch, delivered straight to the boat.
